We love working for a company that has a big heart and is committed to giving back to the communities where we live and work. Here at NCM, we are truly passionate about making a positive difference in the lives and well-being of others, and we’re inspired by our team members’ charitable involvement and volunteering efforts through the NCM Cares Committee and our NCM Charity Half-Day Program.
Team members who make a small monthly contribution via a payroll deduction receive a paid half-day off that month. NCM then donates the charity dollars to designated charities selected by our employees themselves. Team members are also able to request Charity Half-Day funds to pay the entry fees for charity-sponsored events.
This is an employee-led, group volunteering initiative that brings NCM team members together to give back to our communities through donations of time, money, and/or goods to various worthy causes throughout the year.
